Butter fruit Smoothie/Avocado Smoothie
Avocado/Butter fruit is so nutritious in every single way but it has absolutely no taste. I just hated the fruit when I had it raw. Few of my friends suggested to blend with sugar or ice cream or make milkshakes. But I went ahead and made some smoothie. The smoothie is almost thick and hence you can prefer it for babies from 6 months. Skip milk and water for babies less 1 year. Add a sweet banana instead of palm sugar for babies less than one year. Butter fruit Smoothie/Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Butter fruit-1
- Palm Sugar-2 tbsp
- Milk-3 tbsp
Procedure:
1. Wash and cut the fruit into two halves.
2. Scoop out the seed and separate the fleshy part.
3. Add palm sugar, milk/water and the scooped fruit to a blender and give a quick run.
4. Serve it preferably chilled(for elders).
