Hello all !! My name is Rupa! I was born and bought up in Coimbatore and currently, I live in Erode post marriage. I am a mom of a super active toddler. I started to cook only after marriage that too only to kill the time. My all-time inspiration is Gordon Ramsey from whom I got the interest to enter into the kitchen and made me try new and innovative dishes and this kindled me to learn Food photography as well. I am a great fan of Master Chef seasons. If not a master chef I would at least want to be a Good chef of my family.😁

I would like to take this chance to Thank dear Kalyani for giving me the opportunity to try a healthy version of baking and that’s how I came with an idea of An eggless multigrain brownie that came out very well and kids loved it. Eggless Multigrain Brownies Recipe:

Ingredients for Eggless Multigrain Brownies:
  • 3/4 cup Homemade Multigrain Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1.5 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Curds /Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup organic brown Sugar powdered
  • 2 tbsps Hot Water
  • Few drops Vanilla essence

 

Procedure:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, take the dark chocolate chips, microwave for a minute, stir and again microwave for a minute.
2. Now add the butter, MW again for 30 Secs.
3. Whisk well to melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
4. Add in organic brown sugar powdered, mix well, followed by curds. Combine everything well.
5. Add in Homemade Multigrain flour and mix gently.
6. Add the vanilla essence along with baking soda, baking powder.
7. Gently combine the batter.
8. Preheat the oven to 185 C, and line an 8″ pan with parchment paper.
9. Transfer the batter and pat it down.
10.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
11. Check if done. Let it rest overnight for a smooth cut.
12. Alternatively, you can also refrigerate for the slices to come out well.
13. The Eggless Multigrain Brownies are very rich and has a crumbly texture, this is not fudgy, even though it’s very buttery.
