GHEE FRIED POHA|SWEET FRIED POHA

How many of you crave for a simple munch on or a “karack morak” snack at times? I do at times. I control myself saying snacking is bad most of the times. But when I am out of control I prefer making some instant snacks at home and have few spoons. One such instant quick snack is this recipe. I honestly didn’t know how to name the dish. I just randomly came up with this. Please ping me if you have some suggestions. This is usually made in the vessel which had been used to melt butter in the process of making ghee. Amma does not wash the vessel with the residue. She makes fried poha and then washes it.
