Millets have been a part of our diet since little one turned one.I was initially hesitant about its taste and flavour but after trying I fond them really excellent.They are perfect on health quotient and taste quotient I would say.It doesn’t need much skills too .It is not as difficult to cook as we think .We can just replace it instead of rice and proceed with the regular recipes friends.Don’t panic to try out amazing dishes with millets.
