Potato Peas Kurma Recipe|Aloo Matar Kurma Recipe:
Today’s recipe is simple potato green peas kurma. I love any rich but simple gravy or kurma. This style of potato peas kurma is my favourite accompaniment for plain rice.
Potato Peas Kurma Recipe|Aloo Matar Kurma Recipe
Ingredients:
- Peas+Chopped Potato-1/2 cup(Cooked)
- Tomato-1 medium (finely chopped)
- Onion-1 medium finely chopped
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
- Chilly Powder-1/4 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Ghee-To Cook
- Salt-To taste
- Coriander Leaves-To garnish
To grind into a smooth paste:
- Cloves-2
- Cashews-5
- Poppy Seeds-1/4 tsp
- Coconut-1/2 tbsp grated
- Fennel seeds-1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon-A small piece
- Green Chilly-1
- Garlic-6

Procedure:
1.Measure all the ingredients and keep them ready
2. Chop the onion and tomato. Grind the ingredients given under “to grind into a smooth paste”.
3. Saute chopped onion and tomato. Add cumin powder,garam masala and chilly, turmeric powders.
4. When the raw smell vanishes add water and let it boil
5.Now add the cooked peas and potatoes.
6. Mix well and add the paste ground, salt. Cook in low flame for five minutes and switch off.
7. Potato Peas Kurma |Aloo Matar Kurma is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
P.S:
This can be given to babies above six months
Ensure to have introduced all items before and eliminate allergies.
