Sweet Potato Wedges :
Dear all, How was your Diwali holidays? Hope all of you had a dazzling Diwali celebration with kith and kin. I am so happy and thankful for the support rendered by all of you for my healthy Diwali sweet and savoury recipes.
We were away during Diwali Holidays to escape from Delhi Pollution and we returned only the day before.
Back to routine after 10-12 days and today’s recipe is sweet potato wedges. The recipe is similar to my baked potato wedges recipe but made on dosa pan just like the less oil gobi fry version.
This is an excellent snack box option and also a great finger food for babies above 6 months of age to help in self-feeding.
Here is a collection of 95+ snack box recipes for toddlers and kids.
Let’s check out today’s recipe.
