Spicy Crisp Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients :
Mushroom – 1 pack
For batter :
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Cornflour – 2tbsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chat masala – 1 /2 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – to deep fry
Spicy Crisp Mushrooms Recipe
Procedure:
1. Remove the stem of mushroom and set aside.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients and add hot oil to this.
3. Add some water to make a dosa batter consistency.
4. Meanwhile, heat oil in the pan.
5. Now coat the mushroom in the batter and roll them in bread crumbs.
6.Once the oil is hot deep fry them.
7. Remove once it’s golden brown and rest them in tissue paper.
8. Serve hot and kids will definitely love this.
Notes:
Don’t wash mushroom, dust with wheat flour and clean .
Always prefer fresh pack to avoid cleaning the gills.
If gills are dark in colour the fry won’t look in neat in shape.
Mushrooms can be offered to babies above six months.
Adjust spices as per your taste.
