Kadai Paneer Gravy Recipe:
Ingredients:
Serves 2
- Paneer-1 cup(cubes)
- Capsicum-1/2 cup
- Kasturi methi -To garnish
- Tomatoes-2
- Onion-1 big
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbsp
- Salt-To taste
- Ghee-To cook
To roast and grind:
- Coriander seeds-1.5 tsp
- Red Chilly-2
Kadai Paneer Gravy Recipe:
1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready.
2. In a pan dry roast, coriander seeds and red chilly.
3. Keep it aside.
4. In the same pan add a spoon of ghee and saute tomatoes along with garam masala powder.
5. Cool them and grind it along with with the dry roasted seeds and red chilly.
6. In the same pan, add some ghee and saute the chopped onions till they turn soft.
7. Add capsicum too, saute for 2 minutes and set them aside.
8. Now add the ground paste and cook with some water for 2 minutes.
9. Add salt, fried onions, capsicum and paneer.
10. Give a smooth stir.
11. Garnish with kasthuri methi and serve it with roti/rice.
P.S:
You can add ginger garlic paste if you wish.
Adjust spices as per your taste.
If you want it thicker and richer ass some cream.
Adding ghee instead of oil enhances the taste.
You can offer this to babies above 6 months. Skip salt.
