Paneer Fried Rice Recipe:
Today’s recipe paneer fried rice which I tried making a month back. I wanted to skip soya sauce & vinegar. To my surprise, it really came out well. I served it Gobi 65. If your kids love fried rice and they force you to make it often try this version. I have already posted Vegetable Fried Rice
The click of paneer fried rice took a toll on me. I clicked 100 pictures and they all ended up with a haze.I couldn’t set it right with editing too. If there is any expert, please share some suggestions.

Ingredients:
Serves 2
- Basmati rice-1 cup
- Chopped veggies-3/4 cup
- Paneer cubes-1/2 cup
- Spring onion-1 tbsp(finely chopped)
- Capsicum-2 tbsp(finely chopped)
- Green chilly+garlic paste-1
- Soya sauce-1/4 tbsp(I skipped)
- Vinegar-1/4 Tsp(I skipped)
- Salt-To taste
- Pepper-1/2 tbsp
- Ghee/oil-To cook
Paneer Fried Rice Recipe:
Procedure:
1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready.
2. Steam the chopped vegetables and pressure cook the rice for one whistle after washing and rinsing.
3. In a wide pan add oil and saute crushed garlic, GG paste.
4.In the meantime check if the vegetables are steamed. Take them and keep aside.
5.When the pressure is released fluff the rice and set aside.
6.When the raw smell vanishes, add onion and capsicums.
7.N ow add the steamed vegetables give it a quick stir, along with salt. Cool and add to the rice
8. Toss the paneer cubes with salt and pepper.
9. On a dosa pan, fry and add to the rice.
10. Mix everything together and garnish with spring onions.
