Did you try the orange popsicle recipe? Such an easy peasy one na? I am here with the recipe of Gobi 65 or Gobi fry which I had made for Paneer Fried Rice.I have already shared recipes of baby corn Manchurian and gobi Manchurian along with fried rice and whole wheat noodles. The Manchurian recipes are maida free versions and so is today’s recipe of gobi 65 too. And there are no artificial colours added to this gobi 65 recipe
Gobi 65 Recipe|Gobi Fry Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower-1 medium sized
- Whole Wheat Flour-2 tbsp
- Rice Flour-2 tbsp
- Corn Flour/Powdered Poha-1.5 tbsp
- Red Chilly Powder-As per taste
- GGG paste-1/2 tbsp
- Salt-To taste
- Oil -To deep fry
- Turmeric Powder-A pinch
Gobi 65 Recipe|Gobi Fry Recipe
Procedure:
1.Measure all ingredients and keep them ready.
2. Clean the florets and immerse them in warm water along with a pinch of turmeric powder.
3. In a bowl, mix everything except oil and make a smooth batter. Let it be neither too thick nor too runny.
4. Mix the florets in the batter, cover them up totally
5. When the oil is really hot,deep fry the florets and drain excess oil.
6. Serve it with some fried onions and curry leaves.
