Pumpkin Sticks Recipe For Babies, Toddlers and Kids with step by step images and procedure- I love pumpkins and my son loves wedges and hence the combo idea gave birth to this Pumpkin Sticks Recipe.I am posting a set of 30 healthy snacks for 30 days and this is the recipe for day 6. All that this dish will take is a maximum of 10 minutes. But trust me kids will love them.

Ingredients:
- Pumpkin-1/4 cup (Sliced thin)
- Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder-1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder -A pinch
- Salt-To taste
- Oil-To Shallow fry
Pumpkin Sticks Recipe For Babies, Toddlers and Kids
Procedure:
1. Wash the pumpkin and remove the skin.
2. Slice into finger size thin Julians.
3. Wash it and steam cook for 2 minutes.
4. Mix the spice powders and marinate for 3 minutes.
5. In a dosa pan, drizzle oil and add the pumpkin slices.
6. Cook in low flame.
7.Flip sides and cook for 3 minutes.
8. Pumpkin sticks are ready.
P.S:
The entire process of steaming should happen in low flame.
You can add some rice flour to add crispy texture.
These pumpkin sticks are soft and not crispy.
This recipe is great finger food for babies
Skip the salt for babies below six months.
