Mixed dal mini bonda is what my son had for his snack box today. The toughest challenge for parents is incorporating nutritious options in kids daily meal . Mixed Dal Mini Bonda:

Ingredients:
- Moong Dhal-1/3 cup
- Urad Dhal-1/4 cup
- Gram dhal-1/4 cup
- Ginger-A small piece
- Green Chilly-1
- Onion-1
- Salt-To taste
- Oil-To deep fry
Mixed Dal Mini Bonda:
Procedure:
1.Measure and keep the ingredients ready
2. Wash and rinse all the lentils well.
3. Soak them together in hot water for 45-60 minutes.
4. Drain the water totally after an hour and grind them into a coarse paste in pulse mode along with salt, green chilly and ginger.
5. Add chopped onions and mix well.
6. Make small balls and deep fry them in oil.
7. Drain the excess oil and serve them.
8. Mixed dal bonda is an excellent protein-rich snack for your kids
P.S:
There should be no water before grinding.
I ground them in pulse mode for 5 times exactly.
You can add a spoon of sooji for extra crispness while grinding.
If you are unable to hold them as small balls add some rice flour for binding.
This is an excelled finger food for babies below one year.
Skip salt and chilly for babies below one year.
