Mappillai Samba Aval Upma
Mappillai samba aval is nutrient-dense and rich food choice. As most of you know I totally avoid any processed/packed foods I have always chosen rice flakes/millet flakes over corn flakes/oats. The millet flakes and rice flakes are more local and way more healthy. I was almost full with just half a portion of my usual quantity with the below aval upma.
Ingredients:
Mappillai samba is a diabetic-friendly rice variant and so is the flakes. The poha improves haemoglobin in the blood and cures anaemia. It is very rich in fibre and treats all digestive and stomach related issues.
