Cheesy Broccoli Pasta Recipe for Toddlers and Kids
Cheesy Saucy Broccoli Pasta is my first recipe with Broccoli on the blog I believe. Broccoli is a powerhouse of nutrition, but I have not cooked for more than 5 times in all six years I hope. This is because it is a seasonal crop and not a local variety. We don’t get it all over India, all through the year. Of all the dishes I have tried with broccoli, I love the creamy soup and this pasta recipe

Broccoli is a rich source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K and also very abundant in antioxidants and fibres. Broccoli intake helps in digestion, reducing ageing, improving immunity and solves inflammation and constipation issues. I have used whole wheat pasta from FabIndia. You can check other pasta recipes here

Ensure that the sauce doesn’t thicken much.
Low flame and continuously stirring are the keys for the right sauce.
You can add a drop of oil while boiling pasta.
Gently toss and don’t stir vigorously after adding pasta and broccoli to the sauce.
If you find the sauce very flowy, add broccoli+pasta to the sauce and cook for a minute.
