Carrot Peas Pulao Recipe
Ingredients:
- Rice-1 cup
- Carrot-2 (Grated)
- Green Peas-1/2 cup(Steamed)
- Capsicum-1 tbsp(sliced thin)
- Onion-1(sliced thin)
- GGG paste-1 tbsp
- Salt-To taste
- Ghee-to cook
- Coriander Leaves-To garnish
Carrot Peas Pulao Recipe
Procedure:
1. Keep the ingredients ready.
2. Ensure that the rice is separated grain wise.
3. In a pan add ghee and saute onions.
4. When the onions turn soft add the GGG paste and fry till raw smell vanishes.
5. Add grated carrots, green peas and capsicum.
6. Just toss and ensure that the capsicums do not lose the crispness.
7. Cooldown the mixture and mix with rice.
8. Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Carrot Peas Pulao is ready.
P.S:
You can use seeraga samba or basmati rice too.
Adjust the spices as per your taste.
The rice can be given to babies above 6 months.
Skip the salt for babies below one year.
