Radish Dosai Recipe:
Radish Dosai Recipe is a lifesaver recipe I found I say. Recipes with Radish are hand few and I always end up with sambhar or chutney or paratha or soup or stir fry or salads. As I was hunting for some interesting recipes from Radish, Anuja Rajkumar shared this recipe in a FB group. I have been hunting for radish since the day I saw her recipe and I bought this Sunday.

Ingredients:
- Idly Rice-2 cups
- Radish-1(grated)
- Green chilly-1
- Red Chilly-1
- Tomato-1
To saute:
- Onion-1(thinly chopped)
- Radish-3 grated
- Sambhar Powder-1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
- Urad dhal -1/4 tsp
- Curry Leaves-handful
- Oil-To cook
- Salt-To taste
- Coriander leaves-Finely chopped(To add finally)
Radish Dosai Recipe:
Procedure:
1. Measure the ingredients and keep them ready. Rinse and Soak idly rice for 2 to 4 hours.
2.After 3 hours,drain the excess water.
3. Grind grated radish, tomato, chillies and rice along with salt. Saute the items mentioned under “To saute” till the water of radish is evaporated.
4. Let the batter be slightly coarse and flowy. Add the sauteed items to the ground batter. Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
5. Grease a dosa pan well and spread the batter.
6. Drizzle some oil and close and cook. Flip sides and cook the other side too.
7. Radish dosa is ready. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
P.S:
The batter does not need any set time or fermentation.
I ground 1/4 th of radish with the batter.
Be careful about spreading the batter.
Cook in low flame and allow it to cook well. Give enough time.
Adjust the spices as per your taste.
Skip the salt for babies below one year.
