Whole Wheat Porridge

Ingredients:

Samba Wheat -1/2 cup

Procedure:

  1. Sun dry the wheat.
  2. Wash and rinse Samba wheat for atleast 3 times.
  3. Soak it in water for 8 hours.
  4. Drain the water and grind wheat in a mixer jar by adding little water.
  5. Filter the extract. It will typically resemble milk.
  6. Keep extracting it until 3 times.
  7. Filter the milk for a minimum for 6 times.
  8. Add tastener as per your preference and transfer it into a cooking vessel.
  9. Cook it in slow flame by continuously stirring.
  10. The milk will thicken and become like jelly.
  11. Add a drop of ghee and cool it before serving your little one.
