Green Peas Dosa(Pattani Dosai)

A very protein rich recipe which can be your wholesome breakfast/dinner.

Ingredients:gREEN PEAS DOSA

  • Dried green peas-1 cup
  • Raw rice-1/8 cup
  • Sago/Javvarisi-1/8 cup
  • Green chilly-2
  • Salt-To taste
  • Oil-To Cook
  • Chopped onion,coriander leaves & curry leaves-1 cup
  • Hing-A pinch

Procedure:

1. Soak dried green peas,rice and sago together after rinsing well.

2.Grind it into a smooth paste after 8 hours of soaking by adding hing,salt & green chilly.

3.The batter has to be slightly thicker than dosa batter.

4.Add all chopped items and mix it well.

5.Heat a dosa tava,grease with oil and spread the batter evenly.

6.Close the first side while cooking and then flip to cook the other side.

7.Serve it hot with coconut chutney
